Fault 1. print head is blocked. Print head clogging is generally divided into two situations: slight clogging and severe clogging. Slight clogging refers to disconnection failure caused by increase of ink viscosity on UV printer head due to some reasons. Generally, original ink can be restored after multiple cleanings. Severe plugging refers to plug caused by chemical coagulation or impurities in print head. Troubleshooting of this fault is difficult. You can remove print head first, soak it in special cleaning fluid, and clean it by back-pumping and pressing. After washing through, rinse cleaning liquid on print head with pure water and dry it before use. As long as hard objects do not damage print head electrode, print head after cleaning can still be used.

Fault 2. detection ink line of Skycolor uv printer is normal and printing accuracy is obviously reduced. If print head of Skycolor uv printer is used normally and does not malfunction, it will only have life of 20-40 ink cartridges. If printing accuracy of Skycolor uv printer decreases, even if ink cartridge is replaced, it will not help, it means that print head of Skycolor uv printer needs to be replaced. In addition, if printing accuracy decreases after replacing ink cartridge, it may be that non-genuine ink is used.　　

For newly started Skycolor uv printer, if printing line segment is not clear, text graphics are skewed, outer boundary of text graphics is blurred, it indicates that ink cartridge may be a fake or non-original ink cartridge, and ink cartridge should be replaced immediately.
