flatbed uv printer ink quality: dispersant, conductivity, PH value, surface tension, and viscosity.
1. Dispersant: It is a surface active agent, its function is to improve physical properties of ink surface of Skycolor uv printer, and enhance affinity and wettability of ink and sponge. Therefore, ink stored and conducted through sponge generally contains a dispersant.
2. Conductivity: This value is used to reflect level of salt content of Skycolor uv printer. For better quality inks, salt content should not exceed 0.5% to avoid formation of crystals in nozzle.
3. PH value: refers to acid-base degree of ink of Skycolor uv printer. The more acidic solution, the lower PH value. In order to prevent ink from corroding nozzle, PH value should generally be between 7-12.
4. Surface tension: It can affect whether flatbed uv printer ink can form droplets. The better quality flatbed uv printer ink has low viscosity and high surface tension.
5. Viscosity: It is resistance of liquid flow. If viscosity of uv printer ink is too large, it will interrupt ink supply during printing process; if viscosity is too small, Skycolor uv printer head will flow ink in printing process.
6. Ink of Skycolor uv printer can be stored for two years at normal room temperature. Its storage requires sealing to avoid direct sunlight, and temperature should not be too high or too low.
