1. Control the temperature. The UV machine should be placed in a cool, backlit corner to avoid high temperature and direct sunlight. The suitable indoor temperature is 19℃～32℃, and the humidity is 25%～70%.

2. Moisturize after power off. When the UV printer is not working for a long time, you can choose to cut off the power and keep it moisturized. Don't leave the machine in the standby state, so the temperature will rise.

3. Boot test. After turning on the machine every day, be sure to lay down a test strip to check whether the nozzle is clogged. In summer, the temperature is too high and the ink is easy to dry.

4. Pay attention to cleanliness. On a weekly basis, cleaning the inside and outside of the equipment is hygienic, especially in key positions such as the head and guide rails. It is particularly important to keep it clean.

5.Pay attention to the flat line position. The position of the flat wire must be checked every day when the machine is turned on, and timely confirm whether the surface is clean and the connection is tight and not loose.
