When using Skycolor uv printer to print out, we need to use a Maintop software to import designed pictures for typesetting and printing. Sometimes we may find that when using Maintop to import some JPG format pictures, they become black. What is cause of this problem? And how to solve it?

Regarding problem that Maintop turned black when importing JPG images, big reason was that designer had a problem with JPG format exported after design of advertisement screen was completed, such as exporting images in CDR, especially when we chose to export JPG in CMYK mode. Format pictures, this problem is easy to occur, but we can open picture normally, but it will display a black after importing it.

At this point, our solution is to use Photoshop to reopen image after exporting image in CDR, and save it again. If Photoshop program is not installed, you can use relevant viewing software or image that comes with windows system. Open viewer and save it again to solve problem.
