first step:

Empty ink in print head of Skycolor uv printer, pour high-efficiency cleaning fluid into it, turn on print head to raise temperature of print head to normal working temperature, and then let it stand for 40-60 minutes. (key is to heat up)

second step:

Press button to clean print head, and observe whether state of print head ejected droplets is improved compared to original one. If there is any change, use a clean cloth or cotton swab to clean surface of Skycolor uv printer head with a clean droplet. Observe whether printing status has improved.

Repeat first step and second step method. This method is suitable for Skycolor uv printer heads that can be heated without removing print heads from machine for cleaning. The key point is that temperature can be better dissolved and cleaned.

Remove print head from Skycolor uv printer to clean up:

Pour high-efficiency cleaning solution into a suitable and clean container that can hold Skycolor uv printer head, and use a syringe to draw negative pressure of print head to absorb cleaning solution in container and leave it for 40-60 minutes. It is best to put it in a higher temperature environment to facilitate dissolution, and then draw out cleaning liquid, and then use a syringe to pump ordinary cleaning liquid with positive pressure to let cleaning liquid discharge and observe whether spraying state has improved. Repeat above steps until Skycolor uv printer head can discharge ink normally. If print head is blocked for too long and it is difficult to clean it, you can prolong soaking time of print head and increase temperature of cleaning fluid by about 45 degrees.
