1. Arc-shaped material, arc is too large
During operation of Skycolor UV flatbed printer, if height difference of printed material is more than 1 cm, inkjet uv printer will not be able to complete full-width printing. reason is that ink jet spacing is too large, which will cause unclear patterns and scattered ink.

2. Surface reflectance of material is too strong
When Skycolor UV flatbed printer is working, after ink is sprayed, picture needs UV light to irradiate and dry, which can achieve effect of instant drying, but if surface of material will reflect ultraviolet rays, when UV lamp irradiates surface of material, ultraviolet rays will be reflected on nozzle, ink will be dried by ultraviolet light before it is ejected, which will easily cause nozzle to be clogged and thus scrap nozzle of inkjet uv printer.

3. Post-printing process of high temperature, strong acid, strong alkali, etc.
UV ink used in Skycolor UV flatbed printer encounters high temperature, strong acid, and strong alkali will reduce adhesion of ink, which will cause pattern to fall off and deform.
