Skycolor UV flatbed printers are digital color printing equipment. Some problems will inevitably occur when they are used. The following describes how to maintain uv flatbed printers in summer.

1.Temperature control. The UV printer should be placed in a cool, backlit corner to avoid high temperature and direct sunlight. The suitable indoor temperature is 19℃～32℃, and the humidity is 25%～70%.

2.Power off and moisturize. When the UV flatbed printer does not work for a long time, you can choose to power off and moisturize, do not let the machine out of standby, so the temperature will rise.

3. After the UV flatbed printer is turned on every day, be sure to lay down the test strip to see if the nozzle is blocked. The temperature in summer is too high and the ink is easy to dry.

4. Taking the week as the unit, it is particularly important to clean the inside and outside of the UV flatbed printer, especially in key positions such as the machine head and guide rails.

5.Nozzle maintenance, the nozzle is the most critical wearing parts, the price is very expensive, should protect the nozzle to the maximum extent.

a. Software parameter setting. Increase the distance between the nozzle and the curing lamp to reduce the probability of the nozzle spraying diagonally.

b. Press the ink regularly every day. When skycolor uv printer is working, it is impossible for each nozzle to work because of the color. After a long time, the surface of the nozzle dries out and the ink oxidizes and becomes hard. Under the irradiation of the residual light of the curing lamp ,it is the main reason that causes the nozzle to spray obliquely. Therefore, regular ink maintenance is performed every day. When it feels that the ink on the surface of the nozzle cannot be wiped off, immediately wipe it with cleaning fluid to achieve the purpose of moisturizing!

c. Use original ink or designated ink to reduce the risk of problems.

6. Maintenance of uv lamp system
Due to factors such as high ambient temperature, heat dissipation, and dust in the field where the machine is used in summer. Mercury lamps and air-cooled led lamp,cooling fans, isolation dust sponges need to be cleaned regularly to ensure smooth heat dissipation. The water-cooled led lamp machine regularly checks that the height of the antifreeze liquid level of the water tank is in a safe state, and the water tank fan dissipates heat smoothly.

7. The air inlet isolation dust filter of the platform suction fan is regularly removed and washed to remove ash. The platform suction mesh is cleaned of dust and residual ink in time to keep the mesh smooth.
