Installation of print head of skycolor uv roll to roll printer is a very critical process. Reason is that print head is more expensive and more delicate. An accidental installation error may damage print head of skycolor uv roll to roll printer. Here are some precautions for installing print head.
 
First of all, before installing print head, make sure that skycolor uv roll to roll printer can operate normally, connect ground wire correctly, and use a multimeter to test whether skycolor uv roll to roll printer has static electricity,voltage of trolley board and printer head are normal. Operators should not have conductive liquids such as sweat or water on their hands to prevent print head from short-circuiting. Be sure to turn off power and unplug power cord during installation.

Then install print head data cable. Before installation, check whether data cable plug has pin-lifting phenomenon. When plugging in, make sure that front and back sides are installed firmly and cannot be tilted. After confirming that it is correct, install skycolor uv roll to roll printer head on trolley frame. Insert the other end of data cable into corresponding position of trolley board according to markings. Remember not to insert it backwards, so as not to damage data cable pins or card slots.
 
After confirming, you can insert damper (do not let ink drip onto data line to prevent ink from entering circuit and causing short circuit to burn print head). When everything is normal, you can connect power cord to turn on and check whether ink extraction is normal or not,installation is successful if ink drawing is normal; if it is not normal, please turn off power immediately and check whether there are problems in other places.
