1.When replacing ink of skycolor uv roll to roll printer,please empty original ink first, and then clean pipeline with cleaning fluid or pure water, otherwise chemical substances in ink may chemically react and block printer head.

2.When adding ink for skycolor uv roll to roll printer, first use ink recommended by skycolor uv roll to roll printer manufacturer. Do not use inferior ink. Because different brands of ink have different compositions, it may affect normal printing of skycolor uv roll to roll printer and color of image. Therefore, it is recommended to use ink specified by manufacturer.

3.After using new ink, because skycolor uv roll to roll printer head and ink need to have a fusion time, it is normal about nozzle missing within a few hours; such as single color or no ink at all, or nozzle missing after long time use, it may be caused by insufficient ink (less than two-thirds) or too much (fullness) in damper, or there may be air in pipe, and too much ink at wiper blade and waste ink pad; it is best to empty manually air in pipe and handle damper, and clean dirty parts.

4. It is best for users who use skycolor uv roll to roll printer to print test drawings every day when it is turned on to keep printhead wet; when it is shut down for a long time, it should be turned on once a week to ensure that ink pipe is unblocked and print head is wet.
