1.Skycolor UV printer Epson 4720 printhead is not cleaned in time. Ink around nozzle has accumulated to certain extent and then condenses on outside to block nozzle.

Ink is a liquid substance that is easy to evaporate and solidifies when exposed to light. When Epson 4720 printhead is spraying on printing material, a very small amount of ink will remain around nozzle. This part of ink will slowly block nozzle when it dries. Therefore, we recommend that customers should clean nozzles in time. Generally, it is best to clean them every 2 to 3 days. In addition,Epson 4720 printhead should be moisturized before stopping Skycolor UV printer every day.

2. Filter in Epson 4720 print head of Skycolor UV printer is blocked, causing print head to not emit ink.

When Skycolor UV printer epson 4720 printhead is used for a long time, especially when ink flows in epson 4720 printhead for a short time, ink is easily adsorbed on filter screen, resulting in a reduction in area of ink flow, resulting in uneven ink output or nozzle clogging.

3. Replace ink frequently.

Different ink viscosity and composition are different. When ink viscosity is too high, fluidity of ink will become poor, which will cause different degrees of clogging. If ink viscosity is too low (ink is too thin), ink can not be absorbed easily, and printing effect of Skycolor UV printer cannot be achieved.

4. Ambient temperature and humidity of Skycolor UV printer.

We generally recommend that Skycolor UV printer work at temperature of 20 to 28 degrees, and a humidity of about 45 to 70%. High or low temperature will also affect normal ink output of epson 4720 printhead, which will cause illusion of nozzle clogging.

5. Use poor quality or expired ink.

We generally recommend using ink within three months. Since ink is chemically composed, flocculent deterioration will occur for a long time. Inferior or expired ink is one of direct causes of epson 4720 printhead blockage.

6. Skycolor UV printer's own drive circuit is faulty.

When Skycolor UV printer is used for a long time, electronic components of drive circuit will be aging, or too much dry ink, dirt, etc. will be accumulated, which may affect voltage of drive nozzle, which will cause epson 4720 printhead to not discharge ink.
