Solution for blocking of UV printer nozzle
1. Lack of ink
When there is a lack of ink inside the nozzle, the piezoelectric ceramic in the nozzle works, but because there is no ink, the ink cannot be used naturally. In this situation, the nozzle is usually cleaned by pressing ink.

2. Air blockage
Air blockage is that air is collected inside the nozzle, and the ink cannot be ejected from the nozzle normally. In this situation, first test the pressure ink cleaning, under most conditions, the air can be discharged. There is also a situation where the air cannot be swept. This situation can only be actively eliminated by waiting for the bubbles and ink to blend.

3. Boring or impurities
The nozzle does not need to be used for a long time, nor is it moisturized, which can easily cause the ink inside the nozzle to be dry. After slight pressure, the ink is pressed, and the dry ink or impurities are flushed out of the nozzle with the force of the ink. In severe cases, the syringe and cleaning fluid can be used to flush the nozzle. Note that excessive impact will affect the adhesive of the nozzle, resulting in ink leakage from the nozzle.

4. Aging of piezoelectric ceramics
After the nozzle operation reaches a certain number of times, the piezoelectric ceramic sheet that controls the ink aging ages, resulting in a failure to eject ink normally. This situation is very rare, and the use frequency of piezoelectric ceramics planned by manufacturers is more than hundreds of millions of times. Few nozzles can be used hundreds of millions of times in normal operation. Generally, the nozzle is damaged under the other conditions.

5. The circuit is damaged
Inserting the wrong data flat cable, abnormal power supply, and ink leakage to the nozzle circuit board will cause the nozzle to be damaged. Because the integration of the nozzle is very high, generally the nozzle is scrapped directly in this situation.

6. Physical damage
The use of defective scrapers or defective capping station may damage the nozzle, resulting in physical damage. This damage is irreversible, and there is no possibility of correction.
