①First press the PAUSE button to pause the printing, then press the PURGE button to move the print head to the leftmost cleaning position. 　

②Keep the power of the digital fabric printer turned on, and unplug all the signal wires of the liquid level sensor connecting the auxiliary ink tank to the machine head control board. 　　

③Unplug the ink supply tube (from the secondary ink tank) on the nozzle, and then use a glass syringe to draw a special cleaning solution to clean the printhead. Method: Use 40ml of cleaning solution each time, once every 10 minutes, a total of 3-4 times. 　　

④After cleaning, reinsert the ink supply tube and the level sensor signal cable, and then continue the previously suspended print.

2.The treatment method after the printhead is slightly clogged 　　

①After the printhead is found to be slightly clogged during the printing process, press the PAUSE key to pause the print without hesitation, and then use a vacuum cleaner or a manual air pump to make the ink spray from the nozzle for nozzle cleaning. After cleaning, you must use a plastic squeeze bottle to the nozzle spray some cleaning liquid on the surface to wash off the residual ink. 　　

Note: Do not use excessive force when using the manual air pump, otherwise the printhead will be damaged due to excessive pressure.
