1.The wide format uv printer car hits the left frame when starting up
①The encoder strip sensor is dirty and needs to be cleaned
②The encoder strip sensor is broken and needs to be replaced
③The data cable is not plugged in well, so plug it in several times

2.Nozzle drops ink when drawing pictures
①The air in the nozzle is not cleaned, it needs to be pumped several times
②The ink tube interface does not fit well and needs to be re-inserted or replaced
③The nozzle is leaking, you need to find out where the air is leaking and seal it with glue

3. The paper cannot be detected
①The paper measuring device is dirty, so it needs to be wiped with a cotton swab dipped in clean water
②The paper tester is not installed and needs to be reinstalled
③The paper tester is broken and needs to be replaced
④The car board is broken and needs to be replaced.

4.the drawing edge is slanted to one side
①The servo motor is broken and needs to be replaced
②The encoder strip sensor is dirty, so wipe it with a cotton swab dipped in clean water. 
③The encoder strip sensor is broken and needs to be replaced.

5.Misplaced drawing
①The pulley needs to be adjusted
②The servo motor is broken and needs to be replaced
③The copper ring is dirty and needs to be cleaned or replaced.

6.The nozzle does not inkjet ink
①The car board is hot, and the wide format uv printer needs to be turned off
②The electric shock strap needs to be replaced
③The nozzle is blocked, and the nozzle needs to be cleaned
④The ink tube interface is blocked, you need to unplug it several times
⑤Nozzle interference, exchange the position of the nozzle, and use a paper towel to pad between the nozzle and the contact strip to check which nozzle is the interference, replace the nozzle
⑥If there are four nozzles that do not inkjet ink at the same time, the carriage plate is broken if they do not inkjet ink after eliminating the interference of the nozzles.
