2. When operating the control board or print head, be sure to turn off the power and have anti-static measures.

3.The inkjet files in the computer system should be cleaned at any time to ensure that the hard disk has enough space.

4. When the inkjet software is used, other programs cannot be started, nor can two inkjet programs be started. 

5.No files can be transferred to the control computer during the printing process.

6. The parameter setting of the computer system cannot be changed, especially when the system is reinstalled, the setting must be accurate. 

7. The data transmission cable in the chain must be checked regularly for wear and tear to ensure that there is no open circuit, short circuit and signal interference. 

8. If the canvas roll is too large, it will bring horizontal stripes to the screen, and it will also make the materials walking size inaccurate. You can open the materials to make it even. 

9. The parameters of the vertical step are adjusted in the driver software. For the adjustment method, please refer to the software instruction. 

10. The noise of the car is increased. Check the wear of the slider or the head and tailstock bearings.

11. The car cannot be pushed when the motor is energized, otherwise, it is easy to cause various misalignments.

12. The parameters of the driver have been adjusted at the factory, and the user can not change it without authorization. If the motor fails, please observe the motor and refer to the manual for details. 

13. The tension of the synchronous belt should be appropriate. If it is too tight or too loose, adjust it with the adjustment bolt. 

14. Each tube interface of the ink supply system must ensure that there is no leakage. Check whether the ink supply of the ink cartridge is normal, ensure that there is no air leakage at the ink supply tube interface of the nozzle, and there is no air bubble in the ink supply tube, otherwise there will be insufficient ink supply. 

15.If the inking speed is found to be slow, the filter must be checked or replaced.

16. The ink should be supplied before the nozzle is powered on, because ink is the main way to take away the heat of the nozzle. 

17. Cart cover should be used when printing, to prevent ink from polluting the nozzle, connection port, nozzle color separation plate, etc., otherwise, it is easy to cause short circuit accident and damage the nozzle.
