1.The surface of the printhead is very weak, must be protected. Its surface layer is a piece of aluminum, and the inner layer is coated with a crystal oscillator and a fine ink tube. It will be concave, deformed or even cracked when touched. If these conditions occur, the printhead can not be used.
2.Before using the printhead, do not use a syringe to fill the water to check whether it is clogged.Because once the printhead enters the water, if it is powered on before it is dried, it will burn the printhead.
3.When installing the printhead, be sure to turn off the power. After it is installed, gently push the car to move left and right to test whether it is smooth. Do not install it and turn on the electricity. After all, if the printhead is not in place, the car will easily break the printhead.
4.When plugging the printhead cable, do not bring ink, and make sure that it is in good contact with the socket, otherwise it will cause the printhead to burn out.
5.After the machinery and circuits are correct, it is necessary to check the ink. First, see if the amount of ink in the cartridge is insufficient; Secondly, check whether the cleaning wiper and ink pump are dirty.
6.There is air inside the newly installed printhead, so it will not print normally immediately, as long as the air in the head is completely exhausted, the lines can be normalized.
First of all, it can be cleaned intermittently (only two times at a time, and then two times after 30 minutes of stopping). If the cleaning is repeated too many times, it will form the ink accumulation of the cleaning pump, and will cause the printing to mix color, leak ink, and waste ink.
Then, you can print more samples to allow the printhead to expel air during work.
In the end, if the machine has waste ink , the power can be cut off first, then a rubber tube is sleeved on the syringe to pump the waste ink until 3-5 ml of ink is pumped out, and then the machine is turned on and cleaned normally once.
