Three aspects:
The first is the variety and background color of the raw material. If the appearance of the raw material is soft, the gap is large, and the background color of the raw material is dark, the ink volume needs to be increased by 20% -40%;
The second is the request to see the image. If the color of the image is darker and the color is more beautiful, the thickness of the ink needs to be appropriately increased;
Ultimately, it depends on the special request. If the relief 3D effect is sought, the thickness of the ink needs to be added.

To change the thickness of the ink, you can use the method described below:
In the printing software, you can set the percentage of inkjet volume, you can also set the number of printing passes, and then change the thickness of the ink. This has the advantages of saving ink on the one hand and improving the quality of printing on the other.
Skycolor UV 4720 head printers have progressed to set the thickness of the ink, and a secondary function is the percentage of feathering. Usually it is between 0% and 200%. If the pattern printed is more delicate and the color is richer, you need to register the feathering function. The larger the value, the better the printed effect.
