1.The working platform of UV led printer should be stable. Do not place unused items on the top of the UV led printer. It is forbidden to unplug the printer cable when the UV led printer is powered on. This will damage the PC parallel port and print port of the UV printer to a certain extent, and more seriously cause damage to the PC main board.

2.Daily cleaning of the working environment of UV led printer is very important. If the working environment is not cleaned frequently, the accumulated dust will increase, and the increase of dust will cause poor lubrication of the guide shaft of the car, which will block the nozzle during the printing process. Therefore, the dust on the guide shaft should be cleaned frequently.

3.After the UV led printer prints the image, if the image is not clear, it needs to clean the nozzle automatically. During the cleaning process, a certain amount of ink is consumed. If there are many cleaning times, the ink cartridge should be replaced after the ink is used up. Before shutting down the UV led printer, you need to put the print head back to the original position to prevent the UV led printer from wasting ink during the next spray cleaning work. Another point is that when the UV led printer head returns to the initial position, it can be sealed by the protective cover, so that the nozzle is not prone to blockage.
