When users use banner uv printer, they sometimes encounter the problem of dark and light stripes of the printing machine. Why does this phenomenon occur? How should users prevent and solve it?

1.The print head needs to be debugged. The user needs to re-adjust the level and calibration of the print head, replace the curve, replace the software, and the print feathering effect can be enhanced if appropriate.

2. There is resistance in the retractable paper system. If the resistance of the retractable paper system is too large, it will affect the paper speed. If the paper speed is inconsistent with the printing speed, it will cause the generation of dark and light stripes, so make sure that the retractable paper system is normal.

3.The carriage is not fixed tightly (there is a jitter when the carriage is running). The carriage carries the print head of the banner uv printer. If there is a problem with the carriage, it will inevitably cause abnormal inkjet trajectory of the print head.

4. Check whether the ink path is blocked or the ink flow is not smooth. If the print head is clogged, the printed color is not uniform, and it will cause dark and light stripes, so make sure that the print head is in a good printing state, and the ink supply system will not be clogged.

5.The stepper motor is not installed in place. The operation of the stepper motor controls the speed of the paper feed. If the stepper motor is not installed in place, it will also cause the paper feed speed to be abnormal. The belt driven by the stepper motor can not be too loose or too tight.

6. The servo motor is not installed in place. The servo motor controls the operation of the car. If it is not installed in place, it will inevitably cause the car to run abnormally and cause printing problems.

7. Consumables issues, including printing materials and ink. Some media have uneven textures and unbalanced ink absorption, which will lead to dark and light stripes; bad ink can easily cause clogging of the ink supply system and the print head, and printing will cause dark and light stripes.
