If the cleaning effect is good every time, but once the printing starts, a certain area will occur nozzle missing. If you continue to print, a row of nozzles will completely have nozzle missing phenomenon. This situation is probably caused by air leakage in the damper, and the interface between the copper sleeve and the O-ring needs to be checked. If the nozzle that has nozzle missing is at the edge of the capping station, you need to check whether they do not completely match. When cleaning, the ink can be sucked out but the nozzle missing occur due to insufficient ink supply.

1.The nozzle missing occurs within a period of time after printing starts, but there are not many nozzles, which are mainly concentrated on one color. This phenomenon is mainly caused by large bubbles in the front of the ink cartridge or in the middle of the ink tube. You need to check whether there are a lot of bubbles in the middle of the ink tube.

2.The cleaning effect is not good. The main performance is that there are always some ink breaks during each cleaning, which are all fixed nozzle missing. The ink absorption effect is not good: there is a phenomenon that a large number of bubbles are not the ink from the waste ink tube. In the above situation, the position of the cap and the capping station need to be readjusted to achieve a better cleaning effect. If a large number of bubbles appear in the waste ink tube during cleaning, it proves that there is Air leakage between the damper and the nozzle.

3. R pump problem: The R pump starts to work non-stop after turning on, and will not stop. When this happens, consider whether the cleaning plate has failed. Replace the cleaning plate. At the same time, when the blade motor keeps rotating and keeps making noises, it is likely that the cleaning plate has failed. After the cleaning, the R pump has been working and will not stop, this situation is also caused by the failure of the cleaning plate.
