1. One or more colors are missing:

①Check whether there is air in the ink line; if there is air, it will interrupt the flow of ink and cause nozzle missing;

②First check whether there is ink in the damper; if there is no ink or less than one-third, it means that the ink in the ink cartridge is not guided to the damper, it needs to be guided by a machine or manually (generally with a syringe) to guide the ink flow into the damper, and then into the ink head;

③Check whether the filter in the damper is attached with impurities; if it is used for more than one year, and there is more than half of the ink in the ink sac, it is necessary to check whether the filter is attached with impurities, if there are too many impurities, clean the damper; In addition: Insufficient indoor temperature and humidity will also cause poor ink output.

2. No ink from all print heads:

①First check the circuit part of the main board of the skycolor piezoelectric printing machine, measure whether the fuse on the main board is working properly, and check whether the flat cable on the printhead is loose; if it can spray a little color, it means there is no problem in the circuit part, if it can not spray a little color, the insurance may be burnt out (the so-called main board is burnt out);

②Check whether the ink absorber can draw ink during the cleaning process; if the ink is not discharged, the print head and the ink absorber may not be properly aligned, and the position of the print head needs to be corrected; or the two hoses of the ink absorber may be damaged , need to be replaced.
