1.The most common is the blockage is caused by the ink on the printhead becoming dry. Ink is a volatile liquid that is volatile in the air and clears out solids. When the printhead is sprayed, some ink will always remain around it. After this part of ink is dried, the printhead will gradually become smaller or even block the printhead. This blockage can be solved by the cleaning function that comes with the printing machine.
2.Piezoelectric crystal is damaged: surely the printhead cannot eject ink,the general piezoelectric printhead can be used for about one year.
3.Piezoelectric crystal fatigue damage: the phenomenon is that the printhead sometimes eject ink and sometimes does not, especially when the inkjet volume is large (when spraying dark pictures), the phenomenon of "blocking" is obvious. The best way to do this is to replace the nozzle with a new one.
4.The filter inside the print head is clogged and the print head does not eject ink: use the print head for a long time, especially in the factory where is often shut down at night. The ink does not flow in the print head for a long time, and it is easy to be adsorbed on the internal filter or the wall of the ink channel. 5.The viscosity of the ink is too high or too low: the viscosity of the ink is too high to make the ink poor in fluidity, and the amount of ink ejected by the print head per unit time is not enough; the viscosity of the ink is too low, it is easy to suck in air when the piezoelectric crystal is withdrawn, and it cannot absorb ink; both of them will cause the print head to not absorb ink. This often requires customers to store the ink in a suitable environment. It is better to put the ink in the working environment for more than 24 hours before use, because the viscosity of the ink at low temperature will be very high, but the opposite at high temperatures.The viscosity varies greatly. Once inks with large viscosity differences are mixed together, it will cause the phenomenon that the ink cannot be ejected.
6.Failure of the driving circuit: the aging of the electronic components of the driving circuit and the accumulation of too much dry ink dirt may affect the voltage of the driving head, causing the head to not print ink or the ink output amount to be unstable.
7.Types of ink: Due to improper control of the amount of desiccant, some manufacturers' inks dry too quickly, which may cause the ink to block outside. Although it can be cleaned, the cleaning interval is relatively frequent. Once the printhead is not used for a long time and the it is not protected in time. In some cases, the print head may be permanently damaged during the next painting.
8.Frequent ink changes: In many cases when the ink is replaced, the print head may not be protected, and the inkjet may be affected.
9.The temperature and humidity of the printer: Generally recommended temperature is 22 ~ 35℃, humidity 40 ~ 60%. High or low temperature affect the viscosity of the ink, which will cause ink shortage or paste phenomenon of the print head, which is often mistaken "printhead blockage."

1. If the indoor ambient temperature is too low, install an air conditioner in the workshop to keep the indoor temperature below 15 ° C. If it is not possible to install an air conditioner indoors, the materials to be printed can be heated to a suitable temperature.
2. Avoid humid environment. When the humidity in the air exceeds 70%, the moisture will easily condense on the printed material, resulting in poor adhesion.
3. If the indoor environment is too dry, it may also cause the problem of poor adhesion of the printed patterns. In this case, you can consider installing a humidifier indoor to increase the indoor humidity.

2,Guide line
The maintenance of guide line is a gradual process. At the first time turn on printer,use tissue or cloth wipe the dirt in guide line.
On daily use,with clean paper or towel dipped into alcohol to wipe guide line clean.
3,Encoder strip
Strip is an piece of transparent film,his function is to fix position. It will cause image dislocation problem if strip dirty. We suggest to clean strip regular. With clean water wipe it slightly,don’t use hard power,both sides need wipe.
4,Capping station
After skycolor printer worked long time,Wiper and cap will have some waste inks and dust.If it cleaned timely,it maybe cause head clog etc; So it need to use cotton bar with cleaning liquid to clean wiper and cap regularly. If wiper out of shape or damage,need to change new 
What should we do when blurred lines appear?

Cause one: Head clog
EPS3200-EPSON 4720 head at UV ´romter will cause the nozzle to be disconnected, so when the amount of ink sprayed in a certain color is insufficient during printing, it will appear as burrs, blurred lines, and fuzzy. At this time, you should carefully check the status of the print head, print a test strip, and if necessary, clean the passage of the print head to keep it open.
Cause two: The distance between the print head and the print material is too high
The distance between the print head and the printing material is too high, resulting in ink droplets not being able to be sprayed on the surface of the medium in a straight line. Usually, when the print head is more than 8cm away from the printing material, the phenomenon of "floating ink" will appear. Therefore, when printing, the height should be detected. If it exceeds, the distance from the material should be reduced.
Cause 3: The voltage of the print head is too high
If the print head voltage is too high, it will affect the operation of the printer. Because UV printer nozzles have stricter working voltage requirements, if the voltage is unstable or the voltage is too high, it will cause the equipment to malfunction. Check the voltage displayed by the indicator, whether it lights up red and alarm. If this happens, the voltage of the print head needs to be reduced. If it is a modified circuit board card, you need to change the circuit to solve it.
Cause four: printer electrical control system
The electrical control system controls the pulse interval of the nozzle to ignite unreasonably. If this happens, it needs to be resolved by a technician.
